Introducing the Genre Book Club! We each read a book of our choice in the selected genre, and then meet on the fourth Monday of the month to discuss our books and the genre itself. Our first genre is Mystery, and our first meeting is January 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

Monday Book Clubs are held on the first floor of the library by the periodicals, after the library has closed. They are in-person only and start at 6:00 PM.

Scappoose Public Library Genre Book Club. Come explore book genres! 18+ only please. We'll read a different kind of book each month and meet to discuss. Every 4th Monday at 6:00 PM. Everyone can read their own book choice in the selected genre. For instance, we all read a fantasy novel but each person gets to choose the fantasy novel they read. We'll discuss our books and thoughts on the genre itself.
