If you need a booklet, call Oregon Department of Revenue at 503.378.4988 or 1.800.356.4222 or e-mail questions.dor@state.or.us.
State tax forms can be downloaded online at the Oregon Department of Revenue. Scappoose Public Library staff are happy to help you find and print Oregon tax forms.*
*Library staff are not tax professionals. They can help you locate forms, and direct you to helpful resources, but are not qualified to help you interpret tax law or prepare your taxes forms.
If your federal AGI is below $41,000 a year, or below $73,000 and you meet other requirements, there are Free Filing options for Oregon taxes as well.
