Scappoose Public Library will be offering curbside pickup of library materials during our open hours. Patrons may submit requests for any circulating material through the online catalog or telephone. Limits on requests are 25 per person.

Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose Public Library District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held on the 11th day of June 2026 at 6:30 PM, in person in the library meeting room and via the Zoom platform. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Email jweiss@scappooselibrary.org to receive Zoom access.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 5th, 2026, at the library, 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Oregon, during library business hours or at the library website www.scappooselibrary.org.

 This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. This notice is also published on the Scappoose Public Library District website www.scappooselibrary.org.
