Scappoose Public Library will be offering curbside pickup of library materials during our open hours. Patrons may submit requests for any circulating material through the online catalog or telephone. Limits on requests are 25 per person.

The Scappoose Public Library will be closed Memorial Day Monday, May 26th, 2025. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 27th, at 10 AM.

Columbia County is participating in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.  Kids 0-5 years old can be signed-up to receive a FREE book every month in the mail.   The program is designed to encourage a love of reading from an early age.
