Scappoose Public Library will be offering curbside pickup of library materials during our open hours. Patrons may submit requests for any circulating material through the online catalog or telephone. Limits on requests are 25 per person.

Seed to Supper 2026. Seed to Supper is a free, six-week beginning gardening course that helps adults grow their own food on a limited budget. In 2026, classes will be offered at five locations across Columbia County and taught by OSU Extension Master Gardener volunteers and local experts.
