Youth Events
We have a broad range of programming for youth of all ages, from weekly Music and Movement for 0–5 year olds to monthly Teen Events for those in grades 7–12, and so much more!
Weekly Adult Events
D&D for Beginners
We are hosting D&D games every Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Library! We're accepting new players each week, you don't need to have been at previous games or know how to play. Adults only please.
Fiber Friends
Fiber Friends is back! Bring your crafting project to the second floor of the Library every Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Produce Distribution
Wednesdays, 10 AM–Noon. Free and open to all.
Ukulele Jam
Thursdays, 10 AM–Noon. Bring your ukulele to this sing- and play-along.
Board Game Nights
Thursdays, from 6 PM to 8 PM. These events are free and open without registration. Intended for adults.

Kids' Activities for Adults
The first one was such a success that we are now holding this event on the first Monday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 PM (after the Library has closed).
FOSPL Book Sales
In 2024 the Friends of the Scappoose Public Library hosts a book sale on the second Saturdays of most months from 10:00 to 2:00.
The Writing Group
The Writing Group meets in-person and via Zoom at 2 PM on the third Sunday of each month. Email emann@scappooselibrary.org for the access information.
March Book Club
In March the Scappoose Public Library Book Club is reading "Kindred" by Octavia E. Butler. We will meet on Thursday, March 28th, to discuss it at 7 PM.
