Little Explorers

Little Explorers is drop-in play for ages 0–5! Every Friday morning, 10:30–11:30 AM, in the library meeting room. We provide the toys and activities, you bring the preschoolers and supervision.

Board Game Night

The Scappoose Public Library is hosting free board game nights for adults every Thursday, from 6 to 8 PM.

Homeschool Meetup

On the second Thursday of each month, homeschool students and their families are invited to meetup in the Scappoose Public Library Meeting Room from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.

Ukulele Jam

Thursdays, 10 AM – Noon.

Lego Open Play

Children and families are invited to play with Legos in the Scappoose Library Meeting Room on Wednesdays, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Legos will be provided.

Storytime has returned, all ages are welcome! Tuesdays, 10:30–11:15, Library Meeting Room.

Seed to Supper

Free, six week gardening classes for beginners with repurposing tips to help you grow nutritious fresh produce for your family and friends. 10 AM–Noon, Mondays at the Scappoose Library, April 3rd–May 8th.

Saturday Book Sale

The Friends of the Scappoose Public Library will hold a Book Sale on Saturday, April 8th, from 10 to 2! Scappoose Library Basement. Thousands of Books! Fiction & Nonfiction $1.00–$2.00. Youth 17 and under each get one free book.

Tween Time: Break a Record

Try to break some absurd (but real) records with us! April 7th at 4:00 PM. Tween Time is open to 4th–6th graders and occurs on the first Friday of the month.
