A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose Public Library District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held on the 20th day of April 2023 at 6:30 PM, in person in the library meeting room and via the Zoom platform. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. The April Board Meeting will immediately follow the Budget Committee Meeting.
