- The Scappoose Public Library is excited to announce the first-ever SPLAF! Held on October 11, 2025, 11 AM–3 PM in the library’s meeting room, the festival will feature twelve local authors in a variety of genres.

During the event, authors will read from their latest releases, answer audience questions, and have copies of their books to sell (and sign!) for attendees. Each author will read for approximately ten minutes, and between readings attendees are encouraged to visit authors at their tables.
