Budget Committee and Board Meetings
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose Public Library District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, will be held on the 17th day of April 2025 at 6:30 PM, in person in the library meeting room and via the Zoom platform. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Email jweiss@scappooselibrary.org to receive Zoom access. A second meeting, if needed, will be held on the 15th day of May 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 5th, 2025, at the Library, 52469 SE Second St., Scappoose, Oregon, during library business hours or at the library website www.scappooselibrary.org. Budget documents are published here under the "About Us" tab in the upper lefthand corner of this page.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
