Your Galactic Address

The Libraries of Columbia County invite you to discover Your Galactic Address Friday, October 8th at 10:30 AM! How are we affected by the orbit and rotation of our planet? How far away are we from the Sun? In this space science class, students learn how Earth fits into our vast and ever–changing universe. Students will learn about the scale of our solar system, space time, and how stars align to form the familiar shapes we know as constellations.
