Decorate a pumpkin for the Fifth Annual Pumpkin Fashion Show at the Scappoose Public Library. Bring your decorated, but NOT carved, pumpkin to the Scappoose Library by October 19th. Vote for your favorite pumpkin October 21st–29th. Pumpkins available at the library while supplies last or use your own. Questions? Call 503-543-7123.
