Curbside Pickup Procedures

Procedures for picking up library items while the library is partially closed for COVID-19

1. Patrons may submit requests for any circulating material through the online catalog or telephone. Limits on requests are 25 per person. Pickup times are 10 AM6 PM Monday Friday, and 10 AM3 PM on Saturday. We will allow people with temporary cards to check out up to their limit of 10 items.

2. We ease fine limits and allow patrons who have a fine of up to $20 or an expired card to check out.

3. Library Staff on duty will fill the requests to the best of their ability.

4. Patrons must wait for a notification, by email or phone, that their holds have arrived.

5. Patrons can come to the library during our open hours to pick up their items. There is a designated Curbside Pick-Up Only parking spot next to the staff entrance. Patrons must call us when they arrive and staff will bring their items to their car.

6. If patrons do not have a cell-phone they can ring the doorbell next to the main entrance and wait for their items outside.

7. We ask that patrons wear a mask when interacting with library staff, even when they are in their personal vehicle.

These procedures were updated 04/29/2021.
